Question for the Coach: I'm having trouble finding recordings of recent webinars. For example, I'm trying to find Gary Wood's Bootcamp from this past Wed., 7/14. missed it that day, and now I can't find it on Page1Team, TheAdCoach, or ATEamBuilding. (???)

Solution to "Required Video Codec is Not Installed" Error

If you (or a prospect) have had a problem playing any of the recorded webinars, with an error indicating that "required video codec is not installed on your computer," here is the solution:

The problem apparently occurs on computers that have not ever been on a live GoToWebinar. I believe (it's been a while) that the first time you attend a GoToWebinar a piece of software is installed on your computer. That software includes a "codec" (coder/decoder software) that is needed by programs like Windows Media Player to decode webinars that have been recorded in by GoToWebinar. To resolve this (without having to load the GoToWebinar software), simply go to:
