Question for the Coach: I have a new photographer client who, over the last two months, got an amazing click thru rate of 16% (252 out of 1500 impressions). Surprisingly, he didn't get a single inquiry. My client thinks we are using the wrong key words, ie, "photography" instead of "photographer" and as a result most of the people clicking on the ad are just looking for racy photos, not photographers to hire. (His website is www.intimatography.com if you want to check it out.)
I noticed another photographer, who also specializes in intimate shots, discontinued her campaign as well. I’m thinking my client may have a point. Do you have a take on this? Thanks, janet

Question for the Coach:
I have spent my career in various aspects of marketing communications, enough for me to recognize that AdzZoo is a HIGHLY viable and cost-effective marketing option for the small-business owner. Also, I see that the AdzZoo business opportunity has enormous potential for me!
I just started the first in the series of four A-Team webinars and I have taken part in all of the other webinars at least once. I have what I think is a very good understanding of the AdzZoo product. I have sold one campaign and am currently talking to two prospective recruits. I just signed up with Advertising Success System and plan to use it to get more recruiting prospects.
The kind of experience I lack is selling so I would like to find someone who will work with me in this area, give me more than what the off-hands webinars can give. My goal is to hit the ground running and by December reach my monthly sales goal of [sorry, that will be private between me and my mentor].
Please forward this to anyone you think might take delight in helping someone metamorphosize into a killer sales rep and recruiter. ;)

Question for the Coach: I have been hearing multiple variations of the comp plan. Please clarify:
Is the SD's commission "41%" BASED on:
- the CD's total CONTRACT amount,
- the CD's 25% COMMISSION amount, or
- the 16 pt. SPREAD between 41 and 25?
All seem rather top heavy.
